May I know the title of your paper work? I want to learn more details, Thanks very lot! I'm also work in this area, and my work concentrates on the detection of PLC attacks, concluding scanning, malicious start/stop, DoS, code injection and so on. I found some other datasets and I captured the pcaps in my lab of different PLCs. Hope for cooperation! Good Luck!

@zishan11 The paper maybe is "Process control cyber-attacks and labelled datasets on S7comm critical infrastructure".
