Force close on restart if 'recent file history' is un-checked. #539

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uncheck 'recent file history' setting in application settings.
2. Unload Keepassdroid from memory by force stopping it or restarting phone.
3. Running Keepassdroid again will generate a force close error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Samsung Galaxy S and Android v2.3.6 Gingerbread
Keepassdroid v1.99.7

Please provide any additional information below.
First run after update from v1.99.6 works, force close only happens if 'recent 
file history' setting is unchecked and you restart your phone. If the 
Application Data is cleared, restoring Keepassdroid settings to defaults, it 
works again.
