Keyboard should be shown when app opens #541

When KeePassDroid opens, the cursor is in a text field (the "Password" field, 
because the database has already been specified), but the keyboard is not 
shown. It would be more convenient to users to show it automatically, or 
perhaps to make this a preference in case somebody's screen is too small to 
show the keyboard and everything else.
