I installed kpd but did not get to enter password now I can't open or create a new database

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I am not an expert to know.
2.All I get is the cursor blinking at /storage/sdcard0/keepass/keepass.kdb
3.I can't open or create and I did not enter anything but the next screen wants 
a password that I did not have a chance to enter and now do not get a password 
box popup. So I have uninstalled several times and re-installed and still get 
nowhere, especially not a new install to start all over, just the existing one 
that is asking for a password to unlock my blank database?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to open or create a database that I can use.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Keepassdroid 1.99.7.2 but I am not able to us it yet? on samsung note tab 10.1 
using android 4.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I have used keepass 2.13 for a couple of years and know only basic computer 
skills.

even I installed keepass2.23 droid on mu Samsung Note 2, but it does not open 
the database even it it reds it on Dropbox. On the Dropbox on the Laptop it 
works fine. 
Always indicating that the password is incorrect.
It is even impossible to create a New database on The Samsung. The system runs 
Android 4.1.2
