buffer too short error on BB10 #609

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open a large kdb file on BB10
2.enter password
3.click ok

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: the db opens
Actual output: "buffer too short" error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
KBD ver 1.99.7.2 on BlackBerry Q10, OS 10.2

Please provide any additional information below.
The kbd file is stored on Dropbox if it makes any difference. Other smaller 
files are working with no issues. Thanks a lot!

Same issue as the above. KDB files saved in Onedrive and Dropbox won't open on 
Blackberry Z10 device running BB 10.2. Same error message "buffer too short"

Installed Version 1.0.129.0
