What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am unable to open Keepassdroid as I have forgot the password
2. An Uninstall then Clean reinstall will not let me start again with a fresh
downlaod of Keepass - because the "old" password is stored somewhere. On my
previous Gingerbread-Android phone there was a keepass subdirectory within
Downloads and deleting that let me do a real clean reinstall. With
Kitkat-Android I cannot find a Keepass subdirectory within "Downloads" to
delete.
Help, thanks
PS: if I do get Keepass working OK, I will need a back up plan.
Is there a user group where I can find out how to recover a back up of my
Keepass stored passwords via Dropbox - form anyone who has actually done it ?
On my previous phone I was able to send back ups to droibox but I could never
recover the passowrd database from dropbox back to keepass. There were a
series of error messages indicating something like incorrect format. As I was
never able to get back up to work - I was never comfortable migrating my
password storage from my simple and ultra reliable Palm M500 to Android.
