Unable modify file .kdb after upgrading device to Kit Kat #668

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Since I upgraded my mobile from jb to kit kat, I can enter the kdb file but I 
am denied the possibility to add a voice.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Hoping the problem will be solved.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using 1.99.10 version on Galaxy S4 mobile
