cannot create/edit any entries #715

Attempted to change password on existing entry and received error notification. 
I have attached screenshot with error message. I also tried to create a new 
entry with same error popping up. This is a recent occurrence.

Having the exact same problem. Running 4.4.2 on a Samsung Galaxy S5.
