program can't open KDB OR KDBX #723

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.the program can find the kdbx and kdb files but cant open them.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To read those files in order to acces my data and to be able using the app

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SONY EXPERIA Z ULTRA - ANDROID KITKAT 4.4

Please provide any additional information below.
I had to use another app which can read the files
