DataBase Loading #725

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
On the PC it is XP, and on the phone - ANdriod 4.4.3 

Please provide any additional information below.

Have created a file on my PC and copied and saved a copy onto a USB drive.  
When connected to the Andriod phone, the database cannot or is unable to be 
accessed by the Andriod phone.  Then copied the file to a SD card, and same 
result.  The phone cannot access the database.  What should I do?
