Riddles Open up on One Line #4

Vyledust came to me and reported that the Riddles file was not opening up correctly and he showed me it was only one line.

I found out this is due to "Regional Settings" - my PC opens .csv with ";" as default. Here's an article over how to change it, but there's no need to do that.
