QMovement not QuasiMovement? #12

Im a bit new to this whole thing but does QYanfly-patches patch QMovement only, not QuasiMovement? If QMovement is not QuasiMovement does this mean that QYanfly-patches doesn't work because QMovement doesn't seem to be working and thats why I am using QuasiMovement. This is just my guess I could have missed something really obvious.

By the way what is the difference between QMovements and QuasiMovement.
