[Feature Request] Add dev-snapshot release for neovim-dev version #929

Hi, really appreciate your project!

The Nvimserver in vimr seems to be 0.6.1 now. However, it would be nice to have snapshot releases that support neovim-0.7, considering that many plugins already have many new features for the new version.
