Support GitHub Enterprise via some more config #36

Would it be very complex to allow the endpoints to be changed, in order to support GHE ?

Hi,

yes, should be easy. Does GH Enterprise has a fixed endpoint or is it individual for each account? Otherwise a second provider would be more usable for users.
