missing conjunctions #46

see the attachment for a patch that adds subordinating conjuctions that were 
missing so far:

als
bis
damit
dass
insofern
ob
seit
seitdem
während

Many thanks for this additions. Given my intuitions, "als", "damit", "dass", 
"insofern", "ob", "seit", "seitdem" and "während" can only be subordinating 
conjunctions. Do you agree to remove the "Konj-Kon" entries?

as far as I can see, only "dass" is (erroneously) listed as Konj-Kon, and I 
agree with removing it. Other analyses (e.g. "als" as Konj-Vgl, "damit" as 
ProAdv) look fine.

Added the new entries from subordinating-conjunctions.patch to 
branches/kmw/src/others_new.xml. To be merged with trunk/release soon.
