genitive of country names #78

current analysis:

> Türkei
Türkei<+NE><Fem><Akk><Sg>
Türkei<+NE><Fem><Nom><Sg>
Türkei<+NE><Fem><Dat><Sg>

> Türkeis
Türkei<+NE><Fem><Gen><Sg>

There seems to be a pattern in country names: in some genitive construction,
the genitive -s is optional:

Türkeis Nordosten
Der Nordosten der Türkei

other members of this group are:
Iran,
Irak,
Jemen,
Kongo,
Kuwait,
Libanon
Mali,
Niger,
Oman,
Sudan,

(all occur in the form "des XXX" in http://www.dwds.de ; the list might be
incomplete, and Sudan isn't in the morphisto lexicon)

I would argue that "Türkei" and the like should also return an analysis as
genitive. Opinions? Also, I'm not sure about the cleanest way to implement
this. One might need a new inflection class.

a second, related issue:

Iran,
Jemen,
Kuwait,
Mali

are listed as neuter, but are masculine
