add a way to store links to pictures ? #182

@varrieta asks if QWAT planned to add a way to store and display pictures on any element. QGEP has those capabilities and users probably need that. Being aware of the QEP for document management system, referencing pictures on a network drive on some objects could be done like in QGEP. Any opinion?

General comittee decided not to implement the solution currently in QWAT arguing it is the rôle of a proper document management system.
