Add editing profiles to QWAT (productivity)

The idea here is to add productivity options allowing to switch user forms, default values and constraint for specific en-masse use cases. UX could be a startup macro raising a Dialog to choose which profile to use. Even better (but later on), being able to launch QGIS with a startup option could allow to call desktop shortcuts directly to a profile.

Minimum requirement :

• A dialog can be called to change the editing profile
• Change the forms layout
• Load default values

Nice to have requirements :

• also change styles
• change QGIS layout (customization, loaded plugins)
• call a profile using startup option
• make administration of profile more productive and "codeless" by adding export option of QML allowing to export sub sections only (style / forms / labeling / actions ...) in the UI, and maybe also in "copy/paste style" shortcut

QGIS 3 now has a user profile switcher that seems to full fill the requirements be used

I think that with map themes and user profiles, we are able to handle most use cases. Can we close ?
