The most common local customization are value list or translation changes.
Current PUM process can only check database structure differences, not content.
It would be nice to add in the upgrade_db.sh a display of the value list differences after having tested the structure differences between the production database and a newly created one form core qwat + updates + local customization scripts.
This way, it's easier not to forget to port the value lists changes to a migration scripts, in case someone did the edit directly in the production database
