Convert the demo data dump and default initialization process to SRS MN95 (EPSG 2056) #243

Now that default projection in switzerland is MN95, default project creation and demo data should be in MN95 SRS.

related to https://github.com/qwat/qwat-data-model/issues/199 (hard coded srs in delta)

We need a way to have parameters in delta files to be able to do the Travis continuous integration with other SRS than the initial one.

This will be interesting for us too in Pully, since we will have to move to MN95 one day, we will have to migrate our data and project.
