sphinx-rtd-theme compatibility is broken with 1.2.2 #35

Theme error:
An error happened in rendering the page admin-guide/data_manager.
Reason: UndefinedError("'style' is undefined")

Issue is with 1.2.2 sphinx-rtd-theme
