missing tests in tests scripts #242

tests/tests.sh should exit if pum is not installed or database qwat_test not created

Maybe that will never happen, but here's what I've noticed.

The scripts are considered as existing and used in a certain way. I made a patch in #241 TEST_SCRIPT in test_scalability*.py are considered as existing No verification if you can create OUTPUT_STAT in test_scalability_multithread.py.
