Missing pipe_material values 5 and 9 #318

Hi,

when I run this selection on a fresh clone of the main Qwat repository and after having followed the install instructions ;

select * from qwat_vl.pipe_material where code_sire = 5 or code_sire=9;

it returns an empty selection.

But these sire codes (5 and 9) do exist in the sire specification ("SIRE_dictionnaire_5.0", page 11/32):

Please feel free to propose real life pipe_material values with these materials.
