Adding XYZ support in background layer section of the themes plugin #53

Hello,

I would like to propose these modifications in order to add support for XYZ layers in the themes plugin. I've tested it with a few XYZ provider and it works well.

But I have no Idea if this is the good way to do that implementation. So, do not hesitate to inform me if there are some others modifications to do.
