Define datasets as paths #9

Defining the dataset as path allows to have QGIS project into subdirectories. For example, my datasets are referred like this: directory/project.layer and without this change, the slash is considered as part of the URL even if it's escaped (see https://github.com/pallets/flask/issues/900)
