You are unable to do Bulk seething using super heated blazes with a straw, or feed normal blazes Bio fuel direcly or with a mechanical hand, which means that you are locked out of the bulk seething feature you would need to do either a blaze cake farm or a peanut oil farm.

im using bio fuel for it, and for some reason i cant put it in the blaze burner via a mechanical arm

blaze burners with a straw aren't added to the relevant bulk crafting tags by default, that's why this happens. You can add the createaddition:liquid_blaze_burner to the following tags for them to work:
