1.19.2 Elytra can't be equipped. #5

In survival mode, elytra can not be picked up. When in creative mode if you take it, it will be erased. Ignitium Elytra ChestPlate also has same situation.

This is an intentional change, you can read the questbook for more information on it.

You can re-enable those items through the Item Obliterator config.
