Brass Jetpack - Can not fuel it #58

As it sounds, I put the Brass Jetpack in off-hand and throw the fuel. I tried throwing the fuel by Q/ ctrl+Q from inventory and main hand. I am using the All of Create v 4.2 pack

As it seems , the same thing happens with the Minig Drill
