Back button state gets set to disabled #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Clicking on a link that opens a new tab (in my case the link was a javascript 
plugin) causes the back button to be disabled.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.1.3.1 on FireFox 10.0.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I have noticed that after clicking the link the previos tab (original) get's 
stuck with "connecting" and never seemingly finishes loading the page. 
Sometimes if I'm quick enough I can press 'Esc' to stop the loading and the 
back button enables. If enough time goes by pressing 'Esc' doesn't do anything.

If I remove IE Tab the problem goes away. Oh, and IE Tab is the only extension 
installed.
