if a node is selected, make that selected node at centre and show all highlighted node (Radial spring layout)

Currently, I can select a node and it highlight all connected nodes.
My requirement is if I select a node by mouse, make it at center and show only 
associated nodes.
Also I should able to collapse and De-collapse the nodes.

Thanks for acknowledgment. So Should I assume acknowledgment means it is 
resolved?
Because I was checking the same and I couldn't find it working.
