We've identified the problem and we're working on the fix now.

As a workaround until we release the fix, in the embed URL you can change

containerId=gviz_canvas

to

containerId=googft-gviz-canvas

We've applied the workaround but charts are only appearing at half height.

We can see other people's sites are impacted including:

TimeStatistics (one of the examples given on the fusion tables site)
