I would like to be able to share a Google fusion table with multiple users who 
will have access to edit/add/delete... What would be helpful is to see a 
tracking list of who accessed the files and did what with them. 

This would allow to pinpoint any issues with the change and quickly check on 
their work.

- this should be applied to any shared document not only google fusion.

Note that this part of the request, "this should be applied to any shared 
document not only google fusion", is in fact available for Google Apps in via 
"File > See revision history".
