What new feature would you like to see implemented? How will you use it?

trying to select multiple data points in a drop down list. I have a roe with a
procedure and it is used in 1 department. However I have other rows with
procedures that covers multiple departments. Is there anyways i can select
more then 1 item in a drop down list.

I would also like to see a drop down menu that lets you choose more than one
entry. I use this to manage projects and would like to create a drop down menu
that lets me select different employees working on a project so I can easily
filter projects by a single employee later. Right now, my only way to include
everyone working on a project is to use the text box field and separate by
commas, and in Filters, employee's names don't appear individually, but rather
as how they were added in the text box. Please add this! It will make Filters
even more powerful and useful.
