Fusion Tables API access broke today when using MIT App Inventor 2

We are getting the following response on all API requests though the Fusion 
Tables Component of App Inventor:

 400 Bad request Required: X-Goog-Encode-Response-If-Executable

This problem began sometime today 8/6/2014 and has been confirmed by multiple 
app inventor users here:

Note that this also happened back on March 26th and was resolved the following

This is not a feature request - it is a bug that has broken all app inventor 
apps that use fusion tables.

OK, we enabled this flag again for an improvement to API downloads without 
realizing the impact. We have reverted the flag and the problem should go away 
within a few hours.
