Sort by rowid #1452

My tables are uploaded in a specific order. If I sort for some reason, I need
to empty out the table and reimport the rows. Seems excessive. Perhaps a simple
button that will sort on rowid will give the functionality without opening up
th erowid to manipulation

Merging with similar issue #1180. Note that Fusion Tables "promises that each
ROWID is unique, it does not promise that they are in ascending order, that
there are no gaps, nor does the ROWID reflect the order in which rows were
added."

If you want the unsorted view again (without deleting and importing) just add a
new row tab.
