Upload API stopped working #1467

Constantly getting error - 

HttpError 503 when requesting 
https://www.googleapis.com/upload/fusiontables/v1/tables/<mytableid>/import?uplo
adType=media&alt=json returned "Internal error when processing import.  Please 
try again."

The file being uploaded is very small (ab. 10Kb), but I do it quite often. It 
worked well before Feb 12, 2015.
