Adding "clear" and "select all" options to the filter allow for quick editing
of a filter such as inverting a selection or an "all but" ability. Example
would be when selecting records that have a value, the inverse of "no value"
you could easily choose "select all" ticking all values and no value then
untick no value to select records containing data.
