Ability to change the default color for things that don't fall in the bucket #394

I'm using the gradient coloring on my county polygons to show the number of 
widgets by county. I'd like to make the counties with 0 widgets display as a 
completely different color. This way if a county has 0 widgets, it does not 
have the same color as a county with 0-100 widgets. Currently the only way to 
control this is by specifying hex color for each row of the table.

Please note that the other way to address the remaining items' color is to 
create a bucket for just them. 

However, I agree that this is difficult to do with the gradient styling.
