Updated Hunter (package manager) to latest available version;
Fixed includes ../src/config/*.

Commit a7cdfd6 build failed because there were some issues on Travis Ci and Homebrew side. Packages didn't install and build failed for macOS Debug/Release configurations.

But latest build with updated macOS VM version (xcode10.2 instead of xcode10.1) looks more promising and should compile without any errors.
