Show system tray balloon just once.
Checks if the database tables exist, and creates them if not.
Prevents the form becoming briefly visible during system startup.
Fixes an error where SQLiteInterop.dll was not available during development.
When using the history panel, the wrong grid was referenced resulting in the program crashing.
