Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Ability to set up SSG in a qwik app.

Describe the solution you'd like The same flow as npm run qwik add (Adaptor: Static site (.html files) https://qwik.builder.io/qwikcity/static-site-generation/overview/

Volunteer here! Where can the specification on how should this be implemented can be discussed?

@sebastiandg7 this is almost the same implementation with setup-tailwind except for additional files from -> npm run qwik add > Adaptor: Static site (.html files)
