After refreshing the DOM 'open qwizbook' does not work

After some fixes, 'open qwizbook' works after refreshing the page. However, DOM refresh due to search and sort still shows the same problem.

Look like the issue started after the merge between client-refactor1 and local-develop. The issue does not exist in client-refactor1 or local-develop before the merge.

Balagopal, Looks like this issue is fixed, Please verify and close with resolution comments

changes were done to directly tie the views to DOM and then refreshing it
