Please update description and attach the wireframes/pictures (Initially planned for Apr 03. New target date: Apr 04)

Implemented the view for Authoring page. Events for hiding and showing various Divs in the page has been almost done. Need to give proper id's for incremented "Add more references" Divs.

Merge author-qwizbook and create-qwizbook branch to local-develop (to be completed by Apr 08)

Qwizbook pages collection layout need to be changed to a List view (not thumbnail view)

Please remove the thumbnail and use the Question as the title/main content for that list.
