Open authoring page when clicking on a QwizBook in the user's qwizbook list #50

In create QwizBook page, there are a list of QwizBooks. On clicking on a QwizBook, it should go to the author page.

On clicking on a Qwizbook its navigating to author page of coreesponding qwizbook

Not required, now user need to use the edit option in the item pull down menu
