"You have not created any Qwizbooks. Create one with "+" button": This should disappear when + button is clicked.

Corrected. Now on clicking the "+" button in the toolbar, the message disappears and appears again if the "Cancel" button in the create-qwizbook form is clicked and there is no unarchived qwizbooks (if the collection length is zero).
