Enabling Bluetooth restores Airplane Mode #1

Steps to reproduce

  1. Remove RfkillToggle
  2. Enable Bluetooth
  3. The RfkillToggle is back, but still disabled in the extension settings

This extension has no event listening now, so if something update ui. it may break extension I will try to add update event listening to fix this!
