added new script "test_weather_shopper_verify_recommendation_text.py"
updated the weather_shopper.py page objects file.
To run the script python -m pytest tests/test_weather_shopper_verify_recommendation_text.py --mobile_os_name Android --mobile_os_version 11 --device_name emulator --app_name app-release-v1.2.apk --app_path /c/Users/mohan/code/qxf2/weather-shopper-app-apk/app --app_package com.qxf2.weathershopper
