add org privacy policy here #3

Regarding the Organization Privacy Policy, I did a bit of looking up for this. It seems most .github repos doesn't contain the privacy policy itself. It is usually located on the company website (if it pertains to what data is being collected by the website) or other things.

For example, the Linux Foundation's Privacy Policy is on their website and covers other policies including privacy policy.

So a couple of concerns:

  1. I'm not sure what we are collecting so making a privacy policy without that information is going to be misguided.
  2. While I can see what other policies have, I believe we should be reviewing this together as a group to ensure we have everything covered.
