ParseFromString? #19

The offical PB has "ParseFromString" function, this as3 is not ?

The C++ implements of PB has this "ParseFromString" function.

Before, I use it into transmite data between C++ and Python.

Now, I want to use it between C++ and AS3.

I'm very happy to develop this function into PB-AS3.
