64bits int and uint not supported properly #4

64bits int and uint are not supported properly, due to reliance of the code
on the "Number" data type, which uses only 53bits for it's mantissa.

This patch breaks support for float and double data types!
It seems that revision 12 (r12) is the change that broke it.
